Q: DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

A: Yes!  If you see something that inspires you, but I don't have the exact item         you're looking for, let's work together to create something you'll love! Items         that can be customized are hats and prints.  Hats can be any color and             feature any artwork that you see on my website.  Prints of any size can be           made from my artwork.  However, please allow additional shipping time for         custom orders.

Q: DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONS?

A. Yes!  I am available for commissioned pieces as my availability allows.               If you are interested in commissioning me for a piece, please contact me at       annie@annie-dudley.art to start the process!

Q:  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

​

A:  Most items are shipped in 3-5 days.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom             orders.  Once an item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking                 number.

Q:  DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

​

A:  At this time, I am only able to ship items from my website within the US.

Q:  WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

A:  I typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order             nature of my shop.  However, I will refund you or replace the item if it is               damaged in the mail or if the item is defective.  Contact me about any                 issues, and I'll be happy to help!
